1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RaceMG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from setting section.

Deletion Process: Upon account deletion, all your data including expenses, race logs, sponsors, and personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

Subscription Cancellation: Deleting your account will not cancel any active subscriptions. You can access your subscription by signing up again.

Data Export: We recommend exporting your data before deletion, as this action is irreversible.

3. Service Description

RaceMG provides race team management software including expense tracking, sponsor management, race planning, and financial reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old to use RaceMG

5. Subscription and Payments

Pricing: Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

Billing: Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided within 30 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied. No refunds for partial months after the trial period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data

7. Data Ownership and Backup

You retain ownership of all data you enter into RaceMG. We maintain regular backups but recommend you export important data regularly. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RaceMG is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Financial data should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
